Mentor Connect  (administered by CPAS) will use its best endeavours to safeguard the privacy of its website visitors. This policy explains the website data processing practices of the organisation.

We will also collect information from you if you complete any other forms on our site or if you contact us with comments or specific requests. Cookies are used within the shopping site to keep track of order details and to store delivery address information.

Information to improve our site

We may collect web statistics automatically about your visit to our site. This information will be used to help us follow browsing preferences, so we can regularly improve the website. These statistics do not contain personal data and cannot be traced back to an individual.

You must enclose a cheque for £10, made out to CPAS. We will respond within 40 days of receiving your letter. In addition to the cheque, please enclose a proof of identity, such as a copy of your passport or driving licence, to ensure there's no mix-up between your identity and someone else's.
